Cairo WoodShow takes place at the Cairo International Convention & Exhibition Centre in Nasr City, Cairo. The venue is conveniently located close to the centre of the city, with a wide choice of hotels nearby and easy access by taxi, ride-hailing services and public transport.

A metro station is located directly in front of the exhibition centre gates, providing visitors with convenient and easy access to the venue by metro.

Cairo International Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away.

Admission Policy

Entry is free for trade and professional visitors. Registered visitors may enter and re-enter throughout the four days of the exhibition using their badge.

Advance registration is recommended. Pre-registered visitors collect their badge on arrival and proceed directly to the exhibition halls.

Visitors under the age of 16 cannot be admitted, in line with venue health and safety requirements.

Badge Policy

Valid for all four days. One badge covers the full run of the exhibition, 26 – 29 November.

One badge, one person. Badges are issued to a named individual and cannot be shared or transferred.

Bring photo ID. You may be asked to present identification when collecting your badge or on entry.
